San Angelo-Producers Livestock Auction sold 7115 head of sheep and goats Tuesday. Wooled feeder lambs no recent comparison. Slaughter lambs sold 10.00 to 15.00 higher. Slaughter ewes sold 3.00 to 5.00 lower. Kid goats sold 20.00 to 30.00 higher. Slaughter nannies .90 to 1.70 mostly 1.50 to 1.60. Slaughter billies 1.90 to 2.50.
Wooled Feeder Lambs: 1.70 to 3.12
Slaughter Lambs: 2.20 to 3.58 heavies, 1.80 to 2.70
Slaughter Ewes: .77 to 1.18 mostly .82 to .94
Kid Goats: 2.50 to 3.72 mostly 2.82 to 3.35, with some feeder kids up to 4.05

San Angelo-Producers Livestock Auction sold 1335 cattle. Compared with last week’s sale, calves & yearlings sold fully steady with continued strong demand for the better quality calves. Slaughter cows & bulls sold near steady with several medium to thinner fleshed cows again this week. Strong demand continues for replacement cows with best demand for the medium to heavybreds.
Better Quality Steers: 400-600 lbs, 230.00-360.00, mostly 245.00-290.00, 600-800 lbs, 195.00-265.00, mostly 215.00-245.00
Better Quality Heifers: 400-600 lbs, 210.00-315.00, mostly 230.00-260.00, 600-800 lbs, 185.00-225.00, mostly 195.00-215.00
Slaughter Cows: Average to high yield 90.00-115.00, highest yielding 116.00-126.00, very thin or low yielding 65.00-85.00
Slaughter Bulls: Average to high yield 120.00-135.00, highest yielding 137.00-155.00
